Emergency call-outs for our care plans customers
We have engineers working 7 days a week responding to emergencies for our customers who are on our Service Care plans. The best way to ensure cover for your boiler is to join our Service Care scheme as these customers always take priority.
Even if you are not on our scheme we will endeavour, wherever possible, to attend at weekends if you have an emergency.
We do not provide a 24 hour call out, but guarantee to attend all of our service care customers with a breakdown within 24 hours of receiving your call (weather permitting). We will attend the same day if your call is received before 2pm. If your call is received after 2pm we will try to attend the same day depending on workloads of our engineers.
Please call us if you have an emergency. This phone may be diverted at weekends to our ‘on call’ engineers but please leave a message and we will get back to you.

Yes, we provide emergency heating services 7 days a week for customers on our Service Care plans. These customers receive priority, and we guarantee to attend breakdowns within 24 hours of receiving a call (weather permitting).
Yes, we will do our best to attend emergencies for non-Service Care customers, including weekends, depending on engineer availability. However, our Service Care members always receive priority.
No, we do not provide a 24-hour call-out service, but we aim to attend all Service Care customers’ emergencies within 24 hours. If your call is received before 2pm, we will attend the same day whenever possible. Calls after 2pm will be scheduled based on engineer availability.
Please call us directly if you have an emergency. During weekends, calls may be diverted to our ‘on-call’ engineers. If we are unable to answer immediately, leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
