7 days a week - Arrive within 24 hours
We have engineers working 7 days a week responding to emergencies for our customers who are on our Service Care plans. The best way to ensure cover for your boiler is to join our Service Care scheme as these customers always take priority.
Even if you are not on our scheme we will endeavour, wherever possible, to attend at weekends if you have an emergency.
We do not provide a 24 hour call out, but guarantee to attend all of our service care customers with a breakdown within 24 hours of receiving your call (weather permitting). We will attend the same day if your call is received before 2pm. If your call is received after 2pm we will try to attend the same day depending on workloads of our engineers.
